Anyone in the company is encouraged to participate. From the C-Suites to the executives. Music is a collaborative, not competitive, activity. By training to perform 3-part harmonies together or as a band of musicians, music has a unique way of bringing people of all backgrounds and professional levels together.
Leadership - you learn that the role of leadership is not just one person's responsibility. Teamwork - you realize thru harmony that everyone has a different role but together the group sounds amazing. Discipline - if one person is off key or off tempo, the entire performance is affected. Creativity - we may sing the same song but we each have different ways of performing it. Empathy - understanding that the only way the team wins is together.

Everyone can sing. Even the so-called 'tone -deaf' ones. Our vocal coaches can help them with hearing techniques that forever change their appreciation of music. So if you don't play any instrument, you can always join as a vocal group.
Of course. Because music has such variety of styles and genres, you can always choose to level up your session by choosing songs that are more challenging and with more advanced choreography.
